Deep bouquet of ripe black olive, Tuscan herbs, some licorice and sour cherry and some pencil.
Palate shows concentrated, but full of red berries that will maintain a wonderful fresh structure and develop slight ripe aromas.
Tannins have a lot of grip and the acidity shows some minerals.
Medium, berry and sour finish.

Awwwwww! I love this wine!
Drank this back in 2016 and didn’t open any of these bottles since then.
While my taste and the wines I like have changed, this remains aligned with my preferences when it comes to enjoy a verrrrrry nice Morellino. Has more power and juice than a Chianti and shows similar elegance.
