The bouquet reminds me of the smell of the forrest. First, you’ll notice pine cone, Pone needles. These are paired with balsamic notes, some cinnamon, oregano and small red berries.

On the palate, the wine shows a strong and deep acidity which is paired with good aromatics and some fine tannins.

Rustic, but modern Rioja with extreme classic Rioja acidity and charm. Not easy to drink and should be avoided by people with less wine experience until they’re into this strong acidity. Otherwise, if you love that raw acidity, you’ll enjoy a lot.
