Bouquet is rich with a lot of red berries and minerals. Some cherry and raspberry, a little of fine cedar rounding it up.

On the palate, the wine shows a lot of sour cherry and good aromatics. Excellent acidity, which defines this wine the most.

Medium+ finish.
