Bouquet zeigt sich aromatisiert und von mittlerer+ Intensität mit Cassis, Teer, Leder, Kaffeebohnen, Schokolade und Vanille.

Am Gaumen, von sirupartiger Konzentration. Extrem stoffig, saftig, glatt, vollmundig und dennoch frisch. Etwas übertrumpfende Süße, die von einer nachhaltigen Säure untermalt wird. Seidiges Tannin.

Der Abgang ist von mittlerer Länge und geprägt von Holz und getrockneten Früchten.

Fazit: Uffff! Was für ein Wein! Vor allem: was für ein leckerer Wein!

Er trinkt sich wie flüssige Schokolade, ohne jedoch all zu fett zu sein, denn die Säure kann dem Wein trotz seiner Süffigkeit genügend Struktur geben, damit es nicht nach Marmelade schmeckt.

Aufgrund seiner etwas süßen Aromen, trinke ich immer wieder gerne einen Amarone. Dieser Wein ist im Gegensatz zum Amarone nicht schwer und hat auch weniger oxidierte Aromen. Er ist trotz der Beschreibung leicht und frisch und kann auch im Sommer getrunken werden.

Ich finde ihn phantastisch! Vor allem wenn man einfach nur einen unkomplizierten und unglaublich schmackhaften Wein am Abend genießen möchte. Mir persönlich schmeckt er deutlich besser, als die 90 Punkte, die er definitiv verdient hat!

Bouquet shows highly aromatic with medium+ density. Cassis, tar, leather, coffee beans, chocolate and vanilla.

Palate is of super high concentration, extremely juicy, round and fresh. The sweetness will overwhelm a little bit, but the acidity manages to give it a great structure in the end. Silky tannins.

The finish is of medium length and tastes like wood and dried fruits.

Wine Juggler conclusion: Wow… what a wine. What a delicious wine!

It drinks like chocolate, but won’t be too heavy of fat at any time, as the acidity can hold up and give the sweet taste a great structure, without tasting like marmalade.

As I like dry wines with a sweet touch, I occasionally drink Amaroni. But this could be my choice for summer days when I want to drink a wine like that as it’s so fresh and doesn’t have the oxidative aromas.

I find this wine phenomenal, especially when you just want to enjoy a great uncomplicated wine in the evening. I like it far more than the 90 points I gave him.
