This Auslese still shows so much youthfulness : acacia honey, dried stonefruit, apple crumble, smoke & a dash of petrol form a beautiful bouque!

Precision – that’s the word which describes the full bodied appearance on the palate: Smooth & creamy, but always with the right balance between the crispy-lively acidity & the juicy residual sugar.There is always a mineral backbone which pushes it to an elegant finish where peach, citrus confit and honey are dominant and stay for loooong!
